Eternal AI is a creative platform powered by artificial intelligence. These guidelines exist to keep the community safe, protect individual rights, and ensure the platform remains a space for responsible creative expression.

By using Eternal AI, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

Respect Others

  • Do not create content intended to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate any individual
  • Do not impersonate real people with the intent to deceive or cause harm
  • Do not generate content designed to damage someone's reputation with false or misleading depictions
  • Do not create non-consensual intimate imagery of any real person
  • Do not upload photos or likenesses of real individuals for AI generation, editing, or character creation

Protect Minors

  • Content depicting or sexualizing minors is strictly prohibited — no exceptions
  • This includes realistic, stylized, animated, or any other AI-generated depiction
  • Content flagged by our safety systems (S4) is automatically blocked and may be reported to authorities
  • Violations result in immediate permanent ban and law enforcement referral

Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed on Eternal AI:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized depiction of minors
  • Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or incites real-world violence
  • Content created to facilitate fraud, scams, or identity theft
  • Malware, phishing, or any content designed to compromise security
  • Content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Permitted Creative Expression

Eternal AI supports a broad range of creative expression, including mature and adult content for users 18+. Within legal boundaries, users are free to explore creative ideas using AI generation tools.

We do not police artistic intent. We do enforce the hard limits outlined above.

Your Content, Your Responsibility

  • You are responsible for what you create and how you use it
  • Content generated on Eternal AI should not be presented as real photographs or used to mislead others
  • Uploading images of identifiable real individuals to create AI characters or companions is not allowed
  • Sharing generated content outside the platform is your responsibility — ensure it complies with the laws of your jurisdiction

Reporting & Enforcement

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines:

We review reports promptly. Actions we may take include:

  • Content removal
  • Account warning
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent ban
  • Referral to law enforcement (for illegal content)

Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these guidelines as our platform and legal requirements evolve. Continued use of Eternal AI constitutes acceptance of the current version.
