Content Policy and General Prohibitions

1. Your Content

By uploading, posting, publishing, displaying, inputting, or otherwise making available any content on or through our Services — including but not limited to texts, images, links, codes, models, and other documents (collectively, “Content”) — you represent and warrant that:

You own all right, title, and interest in and to the Content; or
You have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Eternal AI to use the Content as contemplated by these Terms.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Content complies with this Content Policy, all applicable laws, and the rights of third parties.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not attempt to create, upload, or share content that is not G-rated or that could cause harm. Without limiting the foregoing, the following types of content are strictly prohibited:

2.1 Hate & Discrimination

Hateful symbols, negative stereotypes, or content comparing certain groups to animals or objects.
Content expressing or promoting hate based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Content promoting discrimination, bigotry, or racism.

2.2 Harassment & Bullying

Content that mocks, threatens, intimidates, or bullies any individual.
Targeted harassment campaigns against any person or group.

2.3 Violence & Graphic Content

Depictions of violent acts, suffering, or humiliation of others.
Graphic or gratuitous violence intended to shock or disturb.

2.4 Self-Harm

Content depicting, promoting, or encouraging suicide, self-cutting, eating disorders, or other forms of self-harm.

2.5 Child Safety

Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, whether real or AI-generated.
Content that sexualizes minors in any way, including suggestive or partially clothed depictions.
Content depicting minors in harmful, abusive, or exploitative situations.
Grooming content or any material intended to facilitate the exploitation of minors.
AI-generated imagery that depicts or resembles minors in sexual or inappropriate contexts.

Zero-tolerance policy: Any violation of this section will result in immediate and permanent account termination and deletion of all associated content. Violations may be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

2.6 Shocking & Obscene Content

Depictions of bodily fluids, obscene gestures, or other profane subjects intended to shock or disgust.
Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, pedophilic, or otherwise offensive.

2.7 Illegal Activity

Content depicting or promoting drug use, theft, vandalism, or other illegal activities.
Content that facilitates, encourages, or instructs others in committing crimes.

2.8 Deception & Misinformation

Content promoting major conspiracy theories or misinformation related to significant ongoing geopolitical events.
Misleading your audience about AI involvement in creating content.
Impersonating any person or entity.

2.9 Political Content

Content featuring politicians, ballot boxes, protests, or other material that may be used to influence the political process or to campaign.

2.10 Public & Personal Health

Misleading content regarding the treatment, prevention, diagnosis, or transmission of diseases.
Content depicting people experiencing health ailments in an exploitative manner.

2.11 Spam & Unsolicited Content

Unsolicited bulk content, junk mail, chain letters, or other forms of spam.
Unauthorized advertising or promotional materials.

2.12 Privacy & Rights of Others

Content that violates the rights of others, including but not limited to rights of reputation, privacy, portrait, and intellectual property.
Uploading images of identifiable real individuals without appropriate rights or consent.
Uploading images to which you do not hold appropriate usage rights.
Creating images of public figures without authorization.

2.13 Religious Sensitivity

Content that violates local religious policies or sensitivities.

2.14 Network & Platform Integrity

Any behavior or content that has a negative impact on the network ecology or the proper functioning of the Services.

2.15 Real Person & Likeness Restrictions

Uploading images of identifiable real individuals to create AI companions or fictional characters is prohibited.
Generating or editing AI content involving real persons without their explicit consent, including deepfakes, transformations, or simulated interactions, is not allowed.

3. Reporting Violations

You are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this Content Policy by contacting us at [email protected].

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor content or be involved in disputes between users.

4. Enforcement

Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, we may take action at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to:

Resetting or forcing modification of content (including usernames, profile pictures, models, comments, and other information or content provided or uploaded by you).
Refusing to publish content.
Issuing warnings.
Blocking communications.
Suspending, restricting, or disabling your account temporarily or permanently.
Terminating your account and deleting all associated content.
Blocking login access.
Reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
Announcing or publicizing enforcement actions and their outcomes.

We do not assume any responsibility for consequences resulting from enforcement actions, including but not limited to your inability to access the Services, use your account, or access any assets, credits, or other rights associated with your account.

We reserve the right not to restore deleted content, and we may decide whether to reinstate affected accounts based on the circumstances of each case.

5. Intellectual Property & Rights Protection

We respect and protect the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights, and other legitimate rights and interests of our users and third parties.

We reserve and maintain the final right to interpret this Content Policy and to take appropriate action in response to any violations.
